• Delivery Information: Up to 4 saved delivery addresses, including PIN code, city, state, landmark, and GPS coordinates (if you choose to use auto-fill / geolocation).
• Order & Payment Information: Products purchased, order value, coupon codes used, and payment method selected. Note: we do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN — these are processed directly and securely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners.
• Support & Communication Data: Messages, photos, and attachments you submit via our support ticketing system, contact form, or email.
• Reviews & Feedback: Product reviews, ratings, and any content you voluntarily post on the Platform.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent on the Platform.
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: Session identifiers, cart persistence data, and analytics identifiers (see Section 5 below).

1.3 Information from Order Fulfillment & Third Parties

Where an order is fulfilled through our dropshipping arrangements with third-party marketplaces / suppliers (e.g., Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, AliExpress, or similar), limited order details (name, delivery address, phone number, and product ordered) may need to be shared with such marketplace / supplier and their designated courier partner solely for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order.

Courier and logistics partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC) receive your name, address, and phone number to enable delivery and real-time tracking.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process, confirm, and fulfill your orders, including dropshipped orders routed through third-party marketplaces / suppliers;
