1. About the Platform & Business Model

1.1 Battle Free Shop is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform primarily focused on gaming hardware and accessories, including but not limited to keyboards, mice, mousepads, headsets, and related peripherals.

1.2 Dual Fulfillment Model

Customers must clearly understand that products listed on this Platform may be fulfilled through two distinct models:

1.3 Where a product is fulfilled via the dropshipping model, delivery timelines, packaging, courier partner, and product origin may differ from directly-stocked items. Any such product-specific information, where available, will be indicated on the product page; however, the underlying fulfillment route may still change based on operational necessity.

1.4 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all products listed, regardless of fulfillment model, are genuine and as described. However, since certain products are sourced through third-party marketplaces / suppliers not directly controlled by us, minor variances in packaging, accessories, or regional specifications may occasionally occur.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age, or of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Platform. Minors may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

2.2 To access certain features (cart, wishlist, order tracking, wallet, support tickets), you must register an account using Email/Password or Google Sign-In authentication.

2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@battlefree.in of any unauthorized use.

2.4 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout, including a valid delivery address and contact number, and to keep such information updated.

2.5 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account found to be engaged in fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, repeated failed COD deliveries, or violation of these Terms.

3. Product Listings, Pricing & Availability

3.1 All products are listed with the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MRP) and the active selling price in Indian Rupees (₹ INR), inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated on the product / checkout page.

3.2 While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice, and occasional errors may occur (including for dropshipped items where source-marketplace listings change frequently). We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel any order arising from such an error, at any time, even after an order has been confirmed, with a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item.

3.3 Stock levels displayed are indicative and may fluctuate, particularly for dropshipped products dependent on third-party marketplace inventory. In the event an ordered item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and process a refund or offer a substitute, at your choice.

3.4 All prices, discounts, and coupon-based deductions, statutory GST, delivery charges, and platform service fees are computed authoritatively on our servers at the time of checkout and cannot be altered by the customer.

4. Orders, Payments & Order Confirmation

4.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected product(s), which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion (including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery-area restrictions).

4.2 Payment may be made via the Online Payment Gateway (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, RuPay / Visa / Mastercard Credit / Debit Cards, Net Banking) or Cash on Delivery (COD), where available. Any payment method may be disabled at our discretion for specific products, order values, or delivery pincodes.

4.3 An order is considered “confirmed” only after successful payment authorization (for prepaid orders) or successful order placement (for COD orders), and you will receive an automated confirmation email / notification.

4.4 We reserve the right to cancel any order, whether prepaid or COD, that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, abusive, placed in bulk for resale without authorization, or that fails our internal risk checks.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.2 Summary Policy

In summary: as of the date of these Terms, orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund on the basis of change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or general dissatisfaction, once the order has been packed / dispatched.

Refunds and / or replacements are currently available only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, subject to the conditions (including mandatory unboxing video proof) set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5.3 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to expand, modify, or introduce additional cancellation / refund categories in the future. Any such change will be reflected in an updated Cancellation & Refund Policy and will apply prospectively.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Delivery timelines, courier partners, and shipping charges are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy at https://shop.battlefree.in/shipping.

6.2 For dropshipped / third-party sourced products, delivery timelines may be longer and are dependent on the originating marketplace / supplier's own dispatch and logistics timelines, which are outside our direct control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate expected timelines at checkout or via order updates.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• a. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• b. Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks;
• c. Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform without prior written consent;
• d. Post or transmit any false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content, including in product reviews or support tickets;
• e. Misuse promotional coupons, referral programs, or the wallet system, including through the creation of multiple / fake accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Platform — including the Battle Free name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of Battle Free or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Product images and descriptions for dropshipped items may be sourced, in part, from the original manufacturer or third-party marketplace listing and remain the property of their respective owners.

8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written permission.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

9.1 Where applicable, manufacturer warranties (if any) apply to products sold, and claims under such warranties may need to be routed through the original manufacturer or brand-authorized service center, particularly for dropshipped / imported items.

9.2 The Platform and all products are provided on an “as available” and “as described” basis. Except as expressly stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Battle Free shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, delays caused by third-party marketplaces / couriers, or any dropshipping-related fulfillment issue, beyond the value of the specific order in question.

11. Third-Party Marketplaces & Sourcing Disclosure

11.1 You acknowledge and agree that certain products may be sourced from, or fulfilled in coordination with, third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, AliExpress, and similar platforms. Battle Free is not the manufacturer of such products unless expressly stated, and acts as a retail / dropship intermediary.

11.2 Any issues arising specifically from the authenticity, quality, or compliance of a dropshipped product will first be assessed by Battle Free's support team, and remedies will be provided in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

12.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through our support channel at support@battlefree.in. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered office location of Battle Free.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
