1. 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy from the date of confirmed delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from the ordered product, you may request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories, cables, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
3. Refund Timeline
Once the returned equipment is received and inspected at our armory hub, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
